Deval Patrick; and Arizona Gov. Janet Napolitano. Supreme Court nominee possibilities include Washington, D.C., lawyer Robert Barnett; legal scholar Cass Sunstein; Deval Patrick again; 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Sonia Sotomayor of New York; and Elena Kagan, dean of Harvard Law School.
