Retardation proof may save Fla. death row inmates

Print More Attorneys for death row inmates in Florida are combing their clients' school, psychological and other records in an effort to prove their IQs are too low for them to be fairly executed, the Miami Herald reports. The Florida Supreme Court will meet next month to hear oral arguments before setting rules for determining who is and isn't retarded and how to hear the claims.
