Detroit “Johns TV” show returns

The controversial Detroit cable television program that shows names and faces of those convicted of soliciting prostitutes is back on the air tonight. The 30-minute “Johns TV” program will cover cases between Nov. 1 and March 15. Also featured will be a list of top 10 excuses given by arrested johns. The Detroit Free Press says the list includes such explanations as “I thought she was stranded and needed a ride,” “I thought she got in my car because she really liked me” and “I was just doing research on prostitution for a paper for school.”
