The Supreme Court will hear arguments next Wednesday on a Texas anti-sodomy law that could lead to reversal of a 17-year old ruling that narrowly upheld such a statute. The law has drawn opposition not only from gay-rights organizations but also libertarian groups, reports the New York Times. "If the government can regulate private sexual behavior, it's hard to imagine what the government couldn't regulate," says a representative of the libertarian Institute for Justice . . .
