Lethal Injection in CA doesn’t pass administrative approval


A new decision by the California Office of Administrative Law, a state body tasked with approving regulations proposed by agencies such as the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, disapproved their lethal injection procedure. This delays carrying out executions in California, where capital punishment has been on hold for more than four years.
