Police found at least four more decomposing bodies and the skull of another person at Anthony Sowell’s Cleveland house Tuesday, making his home on Imperial Avenue among the deadliest crime scenes in Cleveland history, reports the city’s Plain Dealer. At least 10 bodies have been found. Crews resumed their search of the property today, as Sowell was arraigned and order held without bond.
He was charged with five counts of aggravated murder. Investigators said his victims were strangled. Detectives were stunned by the scope of the killings. “He had an insatiable appetite to fill,” Police Chief Michael McGrath said.
