The latest missing person case to hit the national news media involves Audrey Seiler, a student at the University of Wisconsin in Madison. The case was the lead feature story today on both NBC’s “Today” and ABC’s “Good Morning America.” The Wisconsin State Journal says Madison police are trying to determine whether her disappearance is related to a February incident in which she was attacked on a downtown street. Seiler, 20, was last seen about 2:30 a.m. Saturday, caught by a video surveillance camera when she left her apartment.

Seiler left behind her car and belongings she generally would take when leaving her apartment.
