San Francisco police are investigating former Police Chief Alex Fagan Sr. for his role in a drunken brawl in which his son allegedly assaulted a Scottsdale, Ariz., hotel manager last week, says the San Francisco Chronicle. An apparently drunk Fagan Sr., 53, kept insisting he was a former police chief while refusing to heed officers.
