Starting tomorrow, Ohioans convicted of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs must display yellow license plates with red numbers, reports the Associated Press. The measure is mandatory even for first-time offenders, although some state legislators want to give judges discretion in those cases. The red-numbered license plates would replace regular license
