A newly elected Pennsylvania judge, Monroe County District Attorney Mark Pazuhanich, has surrendered on charges that he fondled a young girl during a concert in Wilkes-Barre last month. Pazuhanich, 47, was elected to the Common Pleas Court and is expected to be sworn in next month, says the Scranton Times Tribune.
Taken into custody after a Nov. 29 Hilary Duff concert, Pazuhanich was cited that night with public drunkenness. He was charged later with fondling a girl under 13 whom he had taken to the concert. A security officer observed Pazuhanich touching the victim inappropriately. Pazuhanich checked himself into an alcohol rehabilitation program on Dec. 3.
