West Virginia authorities have identified several suspects in three fatal shootings that resemble last year’s Washington, D.C., sniper case. USA Today quotes Kanawha County Sheriff Dave Tucker as saying that the list was compiled from 100 tips from the public. The shootings have occurred at night outside convenience stores. Tucker said that some witnesses reported seeing a dark pickup truck driven by a heavy-set white man. Tucker made a public appeal for the shooter to start a dialogue with law enforcers. “Let’s talk,” Tucker said. “Let’s find out what the problem is.”
